I think it would look pretty nice.. a good deterent from the run of the mill black and gold.. if you do get it painted like that i definitely wanna see pics!
Chris, An excellent idea! Mine is just coming out of the paint shop tomorrow with that exact combo! Great minds think alike! I hope to post pics by weds.
I've always been a big fan of white with red stripes.....but white with gold would definitely look different. I know a majority of the stangs have black with gold and it looks real nice.
Of course a grabber blue color with flat black stripes would be real nice on a II, if I only had the time to "make" a Mach 1 hood.
I think that will be the color scheme of my car. Mstng2 be sure to post some pics so I can get an idea of what it will look like.
However my car is far from paint, this whole weekend I worked night and day and we managed to get the motor back hooked up bolted down re-assembled and partially finished some wiring, its certainly coming together though. Maybe 2 weeks it might be driveable if not done.
