Cobra R rims and drum brakes...67 fastback

I am considering putting a set of 17" Cobra R type rims on my car because of problems with the old Crager rims I am having but I have drum brakes on the rear and the drums are going to show thru and I hate that look.
Does anyone have any ideas for hiding the drums or making them look a little less noticable.
I am not ready to spend the money for the rear brake conversion to discs so would appreciate any ideas.

Thats sounds like a pretty good idea....have you seen them on a car with drum brakes?? Does it cover that ugly drum look or at least a part of it?

i think the cobra r's are 17 x 8.5" wide and will be tough to fit. i got to fit on a friends car about 4 years ago but we had to remove a little of the upper ball joint cover.

just clean them up and put on a fresh layer of black paint.
