Cobra Short Block.

Does anyone know if I would be able to order a Cobra Short block and put my current (PI) heads on? Or is there a bolt pattern issue and I would have to order the Forged parts separately.

I have a friend with a cobra short block for sale and was just wondering what kinds of mods if any, that I needed to put in my stang.
