Would it be possible to throw a stock eaton supercharger from a cobra onto a GT? I'm sure modifications will be needed to get it to fit, but if a bracket was made, and I purchased an aftermarket chip, would it work, or is there something I'm overlooking? Can't afford the KB kit that I would want, so I figured I might be able to piece together my own kit. Thanks for the info.

it will require A LOT of custom fab work. it will cost more to get it working on a 2V than just buying a kit thats already designed for the 2V motor. the heaton isnt a good blower anyways. over heating issues and isnt very efficient.

it will cost more than the KB to get running...

agreed with above. it is substantially cheaper to just buy a kit that was designed for your car, not jerry rig one that was designed for a different application.
