After you upload it, it will give you an address where the file can be accessed (whatever email you send it to will also get that address). Just copy and paste that here.

Damn... I hate my email. thats 2 people recently who havent been able to send something. if you cant get it to work, ill try and get a public ftp account set up for you to upload it. let me know if you get it working
