Code 14 and 15

I need help I have 90 Mustang gt 331 and I keep getting code 14 I already place the dizzy with a Msd one it keep coming back.Also I have code 15 I swap out the computer it still there what cause for the code 15.I reset the computer.

Code 15 can be caused by the presence of a chip installed.

14 is a memory code. Have you cleared the codes to see if it returned?

You also need to run the codes with the engine running.

I have clear the code and code 14 keep coming back.I also have another computer I swap and code 15 is still there.The car have slight missed to it.

How are you clearing the codes?

Check the power on PIN 1 of the computer with the key off.

I unhook the battery for 20 mins.Do I disconnect the computer first?

Try this. Run a KOEO code test again. As soon as the first code starts to flash, unhook the scanner or jumper wire depending on your method. Verify the codes have cleared by running another KOEO test right after.

You don't have a chip installed do you?
