I got a a code 62 (KOER) not KOEO.

I know the definition:

AXOD 4/3 or 3/2 pressure switch circuit failure; circuit closed.

What the heck does it mean though?

Yep, you must have pulled codes the wrong way (don't worry, many people do it).

And you don't have an AXOD, lol. At least I hope you don't.

?

Well pulling codes isnt exactly brain surgery. I also got other codes that are 3 digits. BTW I used a ford code reader I did use the grounding data link method.

I got code 62 and 82 which are not on that list but are in my book. The list of eec-iv codes are from 11-675. What am i missing guys?

Not sure .... but you should have ONLY 3 digit codes.

The only 2 digit codes we worry about is the airbag crap .... and that's a whole new testing method.

Try to pull them again & see if you get the same thing. Are you using a digital reader? The standard "blink & beep" readers are easy to get confused with.

Ya I am using a digital code reader.

KOER-176,62,411,82,332

I did notice the 2 digit codes are not in my chiltons or Haynes.

BTW, there is no R definition for 82, which is also suspect.

I will pull them again and see what happens.

Oh my. Maybe you have a 1993.5 model (where they were inbetween two and 3 digit codes).

I'm down with your thinking - let it pull them again.

Good luck.

Hey is that a joke? I have replaced my computer before a few years back and it is not the original. I am pretty sure it is for 94-5 not sure of the number exactly though.

Haha, he is just joking! (sorry JT, didn't want anyone freaking out).

Tell us what computer you have (look at the numbers on it).

Thanks Justin. I was indeed joking. Normally I wouldn't, but someone simply cant see two (Fox) and three (94-95 GT) codes from the same computer.

Chances are that the 'puter is correct if it ran well for a couple years. And it'd be a direct replacement or you'd remember spending some time rewiring a retrofit.

It's just very strange that your code reader would appear to be dropping the first number on every other code. I'd pull codes with a test light or by watching the CEL flashes if you need to confirm the readings.

Good luck and apologies for any confusion.
