Well I took my QA-1 k-member, a-arms, struts and coil overs to my local dealership to get tehm installed. I go to pick it up and they say the coil is hitting on the body in because they have the caster adjusted as far as it can go. I called
QA-1 tech line and the guy says there are bushings that came with the struts that lower the spring cap to keep it from hittng on the body. They found the bushings, put them in and it still hits. Now they have this paper for me to sign saying they installed the system but feel it is unsafe to drive and won't release the car to me untill I sign it. Well I lost it. Lots of customers around listening to me arguing with the service manager. Worst customer service I have ever received.
Anyway has anyone else ever heard of a problem with the spring or spring cap on the coil overs hitting on the body. I am wondering if maybe they have the caster camber plates on backwards or something.
