Coil Over Suspension Help!!

Hello, I have a 89 coupe with a tubular K member and A-Arms. I have a QA1 coil over setup and the coil spring rubbing on my front tires for some reason. What causes this and would i need some wheel spacers to solve this problem. I was also wandering if i can use a non coil over setup such as, eibach drag launch springs and KYB shocks and struts with a K member and a-arms setup? Any help would be gratefull!

You can have a tubular k-member and not use coil-overs but you would have to have spring mounts on the a-arms and spring perches on the k-member. A coil-over setup is a much better way to go.

How big are your wheels and tires up front?
