Coil-overs & wheel hop

I had to remove the quad shocks on my car because of clearance issues with the wheels, and now the car has horrible wheel-hop. If I throw on a set of coil-overs next year will that fix the wheel-hop problem? Or will I still need some new control arms?

the bushings on the stock LCAs are oval shaped and soft which is the main reason for the wheel hop..

would polyurethane bushings help? And is it possible to switch them to a different shaped bushing, or is the housing oval-shaped?
