Most people on here will say dont waste your $ on a CAI unless you are
doing it for looks as the hp gain is minimal. I bought a MAC CAI a couple
of years ago, its now sitting on a shelf in my garage. Try this, buy a K&N
filter, about $40, install it in the stock set up, remove the rubbersilencer
which sticks out into the fender well. You now have a CAI.

Unless maybe its wheels....dont buy anythign for your stang from Ebay

www.mustangtuning.com Is a great site to buy stuff from
Enter Coupon Code: STANGNET at the end of your order and get 5% off the total

And i see you're new here. Welcome to stangnet. I have a lot of great mustang performance part websites. So if you're ever looking for something try PMing me or ask anyone else on here in a thread, and i'm sure they can help you out too.

wow man, that sounds a lot like my situation... pos MAC sitting in the garage collecting dust, ripped out and replaced by the stock airbox and K&N. I still remember the first time I burnt my hand on the chrome, forcing me to come to terms with the fact I wasted $150 on it.

I wouldn't even buy it for that. Instead, I would buy C&L intake tube, and K&N filter. look much better with that then any of cold air lit, and gets about same gain(if any), and will be little cheaper then FIPK

Another vote for the MGW.
And SteedaGTJ22 - good gears thread, I was reading it today. Sucks about the extra money you had to shell out but good info and quite a learning experience
