collapsed or stuck "lifter" ?

i have a 05 GT had someone put sugar in tank ... had to flush complete fuel system, replace injectors.. have now what seems to be a collapsed or stuck lifter on cyl. #7 .. im not to familiar with ford or this process to determine exactly what issue is.. please help with any info..

I'll start by saying Never have someone put sugar in your tank!
The sweet gasoline should not collapse a lifter, so maybe they sweetened up your oil too.
Change your oil, add new oil with some marvel mystery oil and run it , then change your oil again.
This should unstuck your lifter.
