here is the question. i need to know if a stock '03 GT 4.6L 2v Computer AND Wiring harness, will work on a '01 4.6L 4v Cobra longblock? thank you for the help!

If I were guessing, I would say "no". For one thing, the cobra 4v motor has a knock sensor that the normal 4.6 doesn't have... Not to mention other potential issues from injectors to mass air flow, etc...
