Computer problems

I had to take my car to the dealer monday because my massage center said to check trac controll, check brake system, check charging system, and some code for the fuel. I was told it was going to need a new computer because it would not respond to any of the diagnostic tools. I had been running the C&L cai and Predator tune for about a month before. Does anyone think that had anything to do with it?

Yes, i noticed this same thing when i plugged in my SCT. Did you have to take a couple of fuses out when you plugged in ur Tuner? You should about 5 of them, one for each of the things you said missing.. trac, brake, charging, cause you unplug the fans and fuel stuff. Unplug them as listed in the manual the ones you have to and it should still come up when ur tuning, but go away when ur done and ready to re-start the car up.

I got a call from the dealer today and he said it wasn't the pcm, but it was the instrument cluster. They are going to replace it and all should be well with the world. I hope.
