Do I need a new computer if I get no reading from pins 46-40 & 46-60? And what are the signs of a bad computer? Right now my car starts and then dies a few seconds later.

Pins 40 & 60 are the computer power ground. Pin 46 is the signal ground
for the TPS, EGR & Baro sensors. Pin 46 is connected to pins
40 & 60 internally by a trace on the computer circuit board. If pin 46
loses its connection to pins 40 & 60, the TPS, EGR & Baro sensors
quit working and you can no longer dump the codes. The TPS &
Baro sensor failures (codes 22 & 63) cause the car to run very
poorly and put the computer into limp mode.
I have a diagram of the computer's electronic workings, but it is
too large to post. I doubt that it would be useful to anyone but a
highly skilled electronics repair technican or engineer. What I
can post is the Tmoss diagram for our Mass Air Mustangs that
show all the sensors & wiring external to the computer.
