Computer Re-flashed?

I don't know how I never noticed this but I have a sticker in my drivers door jam that says:

Calibration
4-21A-R00 F4AE-6E061-LBK

Has my car been re-flashed or something?

I'd have to run out and check if I have the same thing, but they're not an EEPROM that can be reflashed like 96+. Any recalibration that's done to ours would have to be via a new EEC-IV module, or an external source via the J3 port.

I went to the dealership for O2 sensors before and I believe they asked for this number and another number that was also in the door jamb.

I think it is just a way for Ford to identify vehicles and parts.

Me-thinks you're looking at the Calibration Label Info. It should consist of the calibration code, engine code and revision spec, listed respectively below.
