I was told i bought sport lines... just looked at the box and it says pro kit.... but the springs are red... maybe the previous owner bought a pro kit to replace his sport lines???

I have the pro kit and my springs are black I beleive, if not a really dark grey. Do they only make the springs in one color? I don't know if that helps you any.

I don't know either .... but ....

On the Eibach website they have them both pictured. The Pro Kit pic has black springs. The Sportline kit has red springs. They MAY not have correct pics, though.

Another agreement - my Prokit springs are black.

Your theory sounds good: My Mach 1 springs arrived in an H&R box - I got all excited for a tenth of a second when I saw the box.

If Sportlines are like the PK springs, you should be able to get the part # and cross reference it.

Good luck.

You don't need to remove those torx bolts. Just remove the top & bottom main bolts (regular headed bolts) and remove the whole caliper assembly.

I'd be soaking every fastener in PB before removal.

Then get some Corrosion Block or TC-11 and go over all the bolts on the car.

Good luck.

Looks like you already finished now .....

But for future searchers ..... I recall mine being tight in there, too. I used a regular open end wrench with another one looped onto it for some leverage. Came out easy that way.
