As funny as Mayor McCheese is, I forgot that it's actually Big Mac: beloved constable and best friend of Ronald McDonald. (bonus points for those who realize what that quote is from!)

But it's really him, the cop from McDonaldLand, which makes sense considering the stupid thing was supposed to be a "jail" for kids' playgrounds back in the 80s.
