Ok so I don’t know if I need adjustable control arms. I plan on using coilovers and drop about 2 inches maybe, do I need adjustable upper and lower controls, or just adjustable uppers? Or just adjustable lowers? Idk or do I even need adjustable control arms.

If you are doing coil overs on all 4 corners, the adjustment in ride height is through the coil over.

If you are doing coil overs up front only, and conventional springs in the rear, then you need adjustable lower control arms with adjustable spring perches to vary the ride height. You don't need them, but it will help you adjust height to match the front.

Adjustable upper rear control arms don't have anything to do with ride height. They are for adjusting how far back or forward the rear axle sits to change pinion angle.

I know the control arms don’t adjust the ride height, I’m asking if I plan to lower my car are adjustable control arms needed or not

Are you doing rear coil overs? If so, you don't need adjustable arms.

If you aren't, your ride height is dictated by the springs you use, or buying lower control arms with adjustable spring perches

I plan on using coils but I heard if you lower you car you need adjustable upper control arms to help with the pinion angle. Is this true

Ultimately depends on how low you go. You can certainly measure and purchase them later.

At 2 inches drop it's a good idea to adjust pinion angle....so adjustable uppers would be needed for that.
