Can anyone give me a website that can convert the 1/8 mile time to a possible 1/4 mile time. My father used a g-tec in his 64 Impala and he went 8.8 @ 84mph in the 1/8 with no traction and he wants to know what his 1/4 might be.
If anyone has any site or formula let me know

I don't think the formula is going to work so well with this vehicle.
84mph is pretty high for 8.8sec's, indicating a weak 60' and a strong powerplant. provided the gearing is correct, the car is likely going to run harder in the top half of the track than the formula accounts for. My guess is ~13.5 at ~108...

Add to all this, the G-Tech is not really the most accurate tool around.

Yea I understand that the g-tech is not as accurate but it was the new one that is pretty cool.
But yea the traction is the issue. The car does have a nice motor and it is fast. Its a 355 with some work ~400 horse but the car is heavy ~3800+ with driver.

From what I have seen that Gtech 84 mph should be in the 81-83 mph range tops at the track. The Gtechs measure the mph different then the track does. I think a guess of a mid 13 isnt bad, but Id put the mph under 108, maybe more like 106 or so.
