Convertible door panels in coupe

Quick question...

Can I use the door panels from a convertible into a coupe? Both cars are 91


Reason I am asking is that the vert doors a not exactly the same as the coupe.

Is the coupe all electric doors? If so, then the only real difference is the chrome trim at the top of the door panel. It is cut short on the coupe to allow for the mirror corner plastic.

If the coupe has manual windows, they will not work at all.

The door differences are with the door frame and the window glass, not with the actual panel itself, except for the chrome trim.
