Convertible Latch

My Convertible latch doesnt latch all the way ive tryed fixing it but i have no luck

Anybody know how to fix it let me know ASAP Thanks

Can you clarify it a bit more? Does this problem affect both latches or just one? Does the handle(s) jam and not close? Does the "hook(s)" not catch?

well one side doesnt tighten down all the way.

That's still a bit vague... If you are talking about the latching "hook" not being tight, you can loosen an allen screw on the piece that holds the hook and screw or unscrew the hook making it tighter or looser when clamping. Be sure to tighten the allen screw afterwards.

ya the hook isnt as tight. i tryed the allen wrench thing no luck its like a spring loose
