Hey guys, my top motor stopped working tonight (the relays still click but the motor doesn't run, seems common), are top components shared from 94 to 04? Couldn't find anything searchbarring. I'm just trying to see if I can broaden my search when comparing prices on a new one.

Might want to check your hydraulic tank. Remove your rear back seat and check if there is any OIL under the driver side of the rear seat. If it it then your tank is empty and you have a leak. My car doesn't have a backseat so i know it leaked all the oil out. Pretty nasty
So I ended up fixing my problem, great alternative to a $200 motor/pump assembly
I removed the two bolts on the end of the motor (towards the passengers side of the car) and removed the motor housing. Inside was a bunch of black dust, I blew it out thoroughly with some compressed air and sprayed everything down with WD40. I squirted a little oil in the bearing and put the motor back together and voila, works like a charm. Something worth trying and didn't take long at all.
