Convertible top help please

I posted earlier about a clicking noise I would hear by the front left latch on my convert top, that would happen everytime I would hit a bump. After extensive troubleshooting, I think i have found the problem. it looks like this pivot point is worn and allows movement. I can hear that clicking sound when I wiggle the arm by it. Is there anything I can do at this point? That pivot point is rivited it and offers no adustment. I have included a pic, and it's the pivot point on the left.

i can't make that out. can you explain where that is again with more details or show a pic a little farther away?

Sure!

The first bow on our covert tops, nearest the windshield, attaches to the frame of the convert top at the point I am trying to show in my picture.

I had to put the top down 1/2 and lift part of the cloth up, right behind the latch. THis is where I found those pivot points.
