Convertible top not working??????

My top won't go up or down. I pull the e brake hold the button either way and nothing.
Is there a relay for the top pump?
Can I use a jumper wire to make sure the pump is working? ,if so which wires would i connect at the harness?

Also my cruise control works sometimes and others it doesn't, which gets really annonying.

Fuse 1 in the interior is for the control side of the circuit.

There's a 30 amp circuit breaker in the underhood fusebox for the load-side of the circuit.

my car does the same thing, but it's my e-brake handle switch, when i pull the e brake up, the "brake" light doesnt light up in the cluster and my top wont function.... i have to play with handle to get the light on, then my top works

Well I found out that the switch went bad. It tested fine but under load it wouldn't work so I needs a new one. I did make sure that the circuit breaker was fine and also made sure the ebrake sensor/ground worked.

But now I have to wait for a vert top latch the j hook broke off, I tried bolt extractor but that broke off in there So now I have to wait till the drivers side latch gets off back order. 1 month and waiting.
