It all started about two months ago. I went to work with the top down, and when at work, I put it up. When I went to put it down to go home, it didn't work. After a while,(time doesn't matter) it started working again. I checked the relays, even put a new one in the mix, but when it did it again, I swapped the new one to both positions with no resolve. I bought a used pump/motor, swapped it in, and it did the same thing. Here is the weird thing. I checked the voltage with the motor working. I got a solid 12.34 volts. As soon as it stopped working, I checked the voltage, and it was still good. I can get the motor to work by tapping on it with my fist or a hammer. Is it possible both motors have the same exact problem?

is it possible that the arms of the top are somehow caught or is the motor not running?

try givin the top a little help (tug it up while pressing the button), cuz if this works it's oviously the arms are stuck...

or maybe you have a leak or break in the hydralic arms on either side? i bet thats it
