I'm in the process of taking my '65 cnvertible apart to get some rust fixed, and it looks like i could use some new window chrome. I've been able to find everything in catalogs except for the two chrome pieces that cover the top of the windshield. does anyone know who sells these?

Those are stainless, and can be polished, I do not think they are being reproduced.

try using #0000 steel wool. it will polish those to their deep original shine in no time!
