converting to dual master cylinder

i am converting the drum front and rear brakes on my 1966 mustang to a dual reservoir ,manual brake setup.now,how do the lines go into the master cylinder?front brakes to front port or the port closest to the firewall?

The MC port closest to the firewall is the primary port (front brakes). The MC port closest to the radiator is the secondary port (rear brakes).
