Converting Wiring Harness?

Has anyone converted their world plugs (black) to the newer phase II plugs (grey) for the radio? I wanted to change my head unit to a factory satellite capable one (I got one very cheap). I found one company but they want 100.00 for the harness.

If anyone has done something like this I would appreciate any help.
