i recently put the trick flow top end kit in my 92 lx 5.0 and will be getting ready to start it the beginning of the upcoming week..monday or tuesday. I was wondering if there is a way to flush the cooling system as i am sure a few tiny debri got in there while installing. Can i flush with water somehow so i dont put coolant in and then drain it and put new coolant in. It will be its initiall start up after install so i want to be sure it is being properly cooled. Someone told me i cun run straight water with a flushing liquid for a little while then drain and refill will the correct ratio. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help!

well the real way is to buy prestone flush. then take out the thermo, then put the flush in run for 15 to 20 mins then drain it all out put the thermo back in. but your spose to use distilled water, because hose water eats ate your heater core and your water pump plades, and if it were me i but the pre mix 50/50 but this is how i would do it

you can take it to a shop that does coolant flushes, the machine will always work way better than just a normal drain and fill flush. usualy $60.00 to $100.00
