Hey I have a radiator leak I know where it is leaking from but I do not know what it is called. I have pictures, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get the part because apparently they don't make it anymore. I will post pictures. There is a rubber hose attached to the piece where its leaking from. My dad attempted to put jb weld over it, but it was still leaking (cause we couldnt find a replacement part).

I'm going to attempt to help you. But remember that I do not own a V6 so I'm looking at the Ford service manual for guidance.

The hose in question is part of the heater coolant bypass system.

Is it leaking from the hose or from the metal nipple coming from the motor? My Ford service manual leads me to believe that the nipple next to the upper radiator hose is part of the lower intake.

A machine shop might be able to work wonders for you. But it will be necessary to remove the lower intake first.

Also try searching car-part.com for salvage yards in your area. It's also possible that it may be cheaper to purchase a whole salvage yard motor than to buy a replacement lower intake manifold.

Good luck.
