Should I need replace ? and where its locate on 1995 mustang gt 5.0 ? thanks btw no check engine light on dash.

The stock gauge is not that accurate. An aftermarket guage is a nice option. The sender is located on the front of the driver's side lower intake manifold. It has one wire going to it.
