Cooling Fan Won't Come On

The cooling fan won't come on at all. Not even with the a/c on.
Checked all fuses.
Replaced fan motor and relay module.
Still no luck.
Any help is appreciated!

Run the KOEO diagnostic test to see if it kicks the fan on. You might have a faulty temperature sender if you're confident everything else has been changed.

I'm curious about your reference to "relay module". Are you talking about the CCRM (which contains the fan relay amongst others) or something else? Is this something that just started?

Yeah I was talking about the ccrm. I have also already replaced the coolant temp sensor.

It has been going on for a while. It doesn't get driven but every couple of months so it hasn't been a huge priority to fix but I'm to the point where I would like to figure it out.

Just ran KOEO test. Fan kicked on. No codes.

KOEO it cycled both speeds?
Has a chip been installed?
The ECT sensor is the one above the T-stat NOT the temp sender in the lower intake. Although I suspect the high fan with the a/c on should always come on KOER at idle even if the ECT isn't working..

If the ECT is bad then the fan won't kick on. A bad ECT will fool the computer into thinking that the coolant is still cold, and thus the computer will de-tune the engine to deliberately heat up the car. How's the temperature after you've driven it for a while?

Yeah it was the ect sensor. I was unaware that there were two sensor dealing with coolant temp. Thanks for the help!
