Cooling Fans

what do I need to use mark 8 fan in my fox?

  • flex a lite 33054 controller
  • 10 gauge wire
  • good wire strippers and crimper
  • solder
  • soldering iron
  • butt connectors
  • shrink tubing
  • inline fuse holder with 100 amp fuse
  • you will have to fab up brackets to hold the fan in place and secure with either pop rivets or nuts/bolts
  • dremel, hack saw, or other means to trim the fan shroud for clearance betwen the pulleys and radiator
  • 130 amp 3G alternator

I have mishmoto dual electric fans installed now. is there anything I can reuse from this setup?

Depends how you want to wire it. A controller and follow the directions on it or you can use a 75a bosch/tyco relay and a switch. A 130a alternator upgrade is a good idea.

LMR Adjustable fan controller, adjustable from 150 to 240. thank for the help
