Ihave a 90 LX w/351 Stroker(392) ,BE cool radiator,180 stat, police clutchand stock plastic fan. when i sit in traffic the temp goes up to the L in Normal. Is this normal with the extra cubes? On the highway the gauge stays about half way. It also has AFR185 head and a comp 282 cam,30 lb injectors.

Time for a electric fan. My carbed 393 has a 160 tstat, Summit HD aluminum rad, and a Mark VIII fan set to come on at 180 and off at 170. It has never went above the N in Normal.
