cooling system upgrade

I have been looking around and I was wondering if there is any advantage to changing the 05-06 cooling sytem to the newer 07 and up style.
It looks like every supercharger kit upgrades the 05-06 because of the thermostat location.

Still looking around at cars so I am trying to figure out options and difference for the different years.

Thanks for the info. I was thinking it would look a little better and have less things to go wrong with it since there are less hoses.

It would'nt stop me from getting an 05-06.
I wouldn't let the carbon trap air box or the PITA rear speaker install turn me away from an 07+ either.
