I have seen a few people claiming they LOST power from inserting the copper cap. Does this sound right to you guys? I have had the cap for some time now and other than it helping drop the RPM's faster I haven't really noticed anything else.

I thought about doing that mod with the copper cap to restrict the airflow to the IAC valve, but decided against it. Mainly cuz I couldn't find a copper cap lol. I dont see how it would make u lose hp. The IAC shouldn't function when you're driving.

I didn't notice any losses with the "copper cap mod" a.k.a. a piece of aluminum with a hole drilled in it, other that the loss of hanging RPMs. I also didn't notice any SOTP gains from a diablosport chip, and a prochamber. Perhaps my butt is not sensitive enough.
