I've been having cooling issues while sitting in traffic and have tried everything except replacing the pullies. I found out from the previous owner that it has UDP's so I bought a set of stock pulleys on Ebay. I plan to change them out this weekend but I'm not sure what belt length I need. It's a 1991 Lx with A/C, the smog pump removed completely, and the remaining pulleys will be stock.
I found a routing chart online that calls for a 84.5" belt. Is that the correct length?
Thanks

Well, the 84.5" belt was just a little too short. I could have made it work but I would have had to pry it on and I didn't want the extra tension on my alternator so I went with a longer belt. I ended up using a 85.8" belt. I think the other was too short becuase of the alternator pulley. I have an upgraded 130amp alternator on there now and the pulley looks larger than the stock one. Anyway, I got it all put back together and running like a champ. Thanks for all the help.
