I've read the how to install gears sticky but the link for the gear patterns doesn't work anymore and I was wondering if anyone had it. Even if you have something else that will work too.

I've searched and can't find what I"m looking for. I'm going from motives to ford 4.10's and Im sure the ford gears are in better spec than the motives are so how do I determine which sized pinion shim to start with?
