What does it cost to rebuild a T5 from a shop on average?

you can get a "bech build" for parts plus around 250$ i would imagine....... pretty resonable...

Two years ago i spend $1031.03 for rebuild T5 and its was cheap because guy charge me only $250 for labor , i bought all parts (clutch kit,flywheel,syncros,fork,Pro5.0 shifter .......)

what is a "bech build"?

I'm gonna hazard a guess. He meant "bench". You remove and replace the transmission yourself.
