Couple O2 sensor Q's

Are there 2 O2 sensors up front and 2 in back (4 total)? And as far as trying to get better gas mileage, do I even have to change the ones after Cats?

If you have your stock pipe (which it sounds like you do), change them all. I view it like mixing half-spent batteries with new ones.
