Ok, just a couple of questions....first one, when using the predator tunner and resetting codes, does it truely reset the PCM or should I pull the battery cable and reset it also?....second one, will the restrictor plate IAC mod work for a 6 cycl too?

it may work on the 6 banger.. the bolts will line up and it shoudl have the same affect on your car. but i can't be sure of that without seeing it done.

and with the predator you are jsut clearing codes. ( thats all you need) if you disconect the battery then you are resetting the KAM ( keep alive memory) for 99 percent of problems your fine with just the code clearing.

the reason I ask, is because my 02 gt has developed a bogging issue. I believe it is due to the fact that my little woman has been driving it to work in stop and go traffic for no more then 10 miles one way every day for a few months....I was going to take the IAC, TPS, MAF, and throttle body off and clean, then reset the computer. So I didn't know if clearing it with the Predator would do the trick or if I needed to pull the battery cable.
