you have any idea if the spring actually goes into the wheel well at all? or does it all fit into the pocket the shock sits in?

Huh? I was asking why the spring is so tall and they give no options for shorter springs, it allows for VERY LITTLE room to lower the car. Your choices for ride height are either high, or super high.

It sits inside the pocket...Here is the best pic I have of it bolt in from up top.

Okay, there were multiple comments/questions and I haven't seen a multi-quote option here on SN, so I'll answer them here:

We carry all different height & weight springs. Different cars and purposes require different springs. IIRC, I'm running 10-150s on my car, but like I said, everyone's car will have different needs. The beauty of using standard dimension coilover springs is that your spring length and weight choices are almost unlimited!

Derek, the spring does protrude into the wheelwell slightly. Maybe 3/16". That's why I had to mini-tub my car.
