i was wondering if i gut 2 of the 4 cats would i still be able to pass inspection?
i've been trying to save for new exhaust for the car for a while now, but have no money after car insurance and gas and food and etc.
i'm a poor high school student looking for a little bit more volume. car came with some flowmasters welded in, but its still not loud enough for me. i can't hear it over my dying fuel pump.
i've got stock headers, stock mid pipe, and stock catback, with flowmasters welded in. stock tubing though.
i know i wont get much if any performance benifits out of it, just looking for the sound until i can afford to do the exhaust up right.
any unwanted effects if i did this?
