I was looking under the hood today when I noticed a small crack in the middle of the pulley that is right underneath the alternator pulley (the bigger of the 3 pulleys that come with the steeda kit). It's about an inch long and only fingernail width wide at most. I have no idea how long it has been there or how it got there. It's right in the middle of the four bolts that hold that pulley there. Has that happened to anyone else and is this something I need to worry about? I've only had these pulleys for a year and 2 months.

Hmm well I was looking at pictures of pulleys online and it looks like the crack is not actually part of the pulley.

The pulley on the left is the one that surrounds the small crack.

Well here what it looks like, I just went out there and took some pictures. It's not on the actual pulley so I have no idea if I can replace that part or what?

yeah, I hope you are right about it being just a cap. It doesn't look like it could be anything bad and the pulley seems like it would actually keep that crack from getting worst since it's around it...hopefully it's nothing to worry about
