I know everyone here has probably had problems with their doors sagging over time, but has anyone ever had a cracked hinge?
I am fighting with an insurance company from an accident that they did the repairs of ~ a year ago. I was t-boned at a stop, the other car maybe going 15 mph, but was hit right on the door.
I didn't notice the problem initially, but recently my door is sagging much more and when the dealer checked it out, he said it was cracked. The insurance adjuster will cover it if it is related to the original accident, but he is saying it is normal wear and tear.
Has anyone ever seen a cracked hinge from normal wear and tear?
