If you cannot get codes from the ECU (even the 11 code which is a pass) then the ECU will need to be repaired.

In other words: That person will never see your Reponses because they don't have an account.
Be mindful of threads that get moved [out] of feedback and testing. Some are just dead ends.

They [usually] figure out that the questions go in the [forum] and not the in-box.
If they don't figure that piece out then how much time do you really want to spend on that person?
We also get emails where the dude has an entire parts list they want filled.
It always makes me wonder how they got the impression that we do.
