My mustang crank really fast and not start for a long time (15 sec-30 sec), then start. When the gas tank is full it doesn’t do it, but when it gets close to half tank it happens. Not all the time but often.

How many miles do you have on the fuel pump?

You have a late model car. Post up the year and post up ECU codes (pull them if you haven't).

Fast cranking is usually a sign of low compression. Hmmm....
