I personally think it is pricey but I do my own work. You could build a stroker with better heads for that money IMHO.

Depending on how big of a hole you want to burn in your wallet, you could always check out Roush Performance. And unlike his NASCAR engines, he offers a 2 year, 24k mile warranty on these. If I could afford it, I wouldn't think twice about ordering a 402R.

Have you heard good things about them? I'm looking at that 302(385hp)

I was wondering if I gt a 302 long block if I would be able to use parts from my 289 and use them on it?
