use a real tape measure, not the one you give the girl to measure your junk , no way thats 10 foot

its def 10 feet man....the ladder is prob a 6 footer, and think of where a normal mantle comes up to you on your body....prob like shoulder height and im 5'9"....

Hey Paul, do you get problems with water getting in your basement? Looks like it would funnel from the backyard like mine does. I don't have that problem, btw.

Retaining walls are designed to drain and any subgrade surfaces are coated in a waterproofing membrane anyway byt they aren't all perfect.
